Mineral insulated thermocouple with standard connector – CCS series

This thermocouple is bendable, robust and inexpensive.

It is the ideal model for temperature measurements up to 1250°C and above, in solid, liquid or gaseous environments.

The thermocouple is jacketed in metal (Inconel 600, Stainless Steel, Pyrosil, Alloy TD) with a standard male connector with 2 integrated cylindrical pins.

The metal sheath can easily be bent to fit its application, without any alteration of the sensor’s performance.

There are different diameters and endings depending on the application.

Optional aeronautical application: Thermocouple according to the AMS 2750 standard, calibration start and end of coil for the raw material or calibration of each sensor every 100 °C over the range of use, capacity -40 to 1250 °C.

We offer the possibility to reserve a coil of material for customers or to manage a dedicated stock.

Standard application: Use of the Class 1 standard according to NF EN 60584-1 and calibration with optional on-demand points.

Temperature range: from -200°C to 1200°C depending on the diameter of the sheath and the type of thermocouple

Nature of the sheath: Inconel 600 standard (Stainless steel 316L for type T) /(Stainless steel 310, Stainless steel 321, Pyrosil D, Nicrobel, … on request)

Accuracy: Class 1 according to NF EN 60584-1 (Class 2 or Class 3 depending on temperature) – Standard or Special according to ASTM E230/E230M (for AMS 2750E applications)

Diameter (D): 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 3 / 4.5 / 6 mm

Length (L): 100 / 300 / 500 / 1000 / 1500 mm standard (other on request)

Connector: standard male or female
