Opposite are illustrations of this “smart repair” we provided for a major client in aeronautics. We changed the sensitive element of the PT100 and remanufactured some internal parts to ensure optimal stability of the sensitive element. Thus, our customer was able to update the measurement sensors on its older generation aircraft, and improve temperature measurement according to current standards, without having to change the entire measurement system.
