Simple, repositionable installation
Thanks to its strong magnet, the SEA sensor can be installed in the blink of an eye and can be easily repositioned according to the measuring points you want to monitor. No need for tools or mechanical modifications – the magnet ensures a strong adhesion while providing full flexibility for your multiple applications.
Optimal contact for maximum accuracy
Whether you opt for a K, J, T type thermocouple or a RTD (PT100/PT1000), the sensing element is designed to ensure accurate and reliable measurement. Depending on your needs, it can be mounted permanently flush with the magnet surface or equipped with a support spring to insist on direct and continuous contact with the area to be measured.
Depending on the sensing element chosen, the SEA is also available in a high-temperature version (-10°C to +480°C).
Suitable for all surfaces
Whether flat or irregular, the surfaces are no problem. The magnet is available in a cylindrical shape, ideal for flat surfaces, or in a U-shape to fit perfectly into more complex shapes (curves for example), while guaranteeing excellent magnetic adhesion.
Rugged, customizable design for long-lasting use
Equipped with an anti-bend protection spring, the cable is resistant to twisting and frequent handling.
Last but not least, the design of this sensor is fully configurable to your needs: type of sensitive element, shape of the magnet, type of extension (shielded Teflon, unshielded, glass bristle), cable length, connectors, etc. This customization ensures a long-lasting response to your challenges, in extreme environments, even at high temperatures.
