Do you need to measure static or dynamic torque in your processes?

The rotary torque sensor has been specially designed to measure static and dynamic torque, in industrial or research applications (on rotating machines, test benches, automatic clamping systems, etc.).

In both versions (contactless CPT8 or with contact CPRT), the rotating torque sensor can be used to measure torque in a clockwise direction (with positive output) or counter-clockwise (with negative output).

Composition:

1. an ADJUSTABLE STAND (to align the sensor with the two junction couplings)
2. Two COUPLINGS (with bellows or disc pack depending on nominal torque and maximum rotation speed of 4000 rpm)

For the model, CPRT allows you to view and export measurements and recording directly on site with optional  accessories (USB sucket and PC tablet). The software enables to manage the torque directly, by displaying the real-time measurement of torque and angle or alternatively rotational speed (in Hz or rpm).
