Instrumented sensor for direct measurement: The sensing element type Pt100 (measuring range 0 to 200°C) is mounted directly in a pipe connection compatible with the customer’s system, in this case an M12 connection. This configuration keeps the sensing element securely in place to accurately measure circulating fluid, while eliminating time-consuming plugging/disconnecting and causing wear and tear on the hardware.
Simple and efficient assembly: At the other end, the Pt100 is equipped with a 3-pin male connector (other connectors possible), allowing the easy connection of an extension cable of a length adapted to the customer’s test configuration.
Ease and reliability: This ready-to-use system guarantees effortless installation and disassembly, and significantly reduces time-consuming set-up manipulations. You gain efficiency, while ensuring reliable and accurate measurements.
Technological agility: depending on the temperature ranges and accuracy levels required, we can provide either RTDs (Pt100 type sensors) or thermocouples (types K, J, T, N). The sensors can also be mounted on a wide range of fittings (aluminum, stainless steel, plastic, etc.).
Available in small quantities: This instrumented sensor has been developed in very small quantities for prototyping needs, so that the customer can validate its installation on a test bench.
